On 12th January 2017, representatives of the city of Bremen, Vonovia and freelance architects decided on the winner of the Vonovia architectural competition: Koschany + Zimmer Architekten KZA.

Four offices from all over Germany had previously submitted their designs for the residential building project in Bremen’s Sebaldsbrück district. 80 new Vonovia apartments are to be built there on an area of ​​9,200 square meters in modular construction. 25 percent of which are publicly funded. For tenants today want to live in urban areas and at the same time for affordable rents.
