On January 26th, 2017, the KZA Revit User Group Meeting focused on the topic of terrain modeling with the Revit BIM software. „Modeling an up and down terrain, but how?“ – was the question of the afternoon. This involved current surveying techniques such as drone flights and laser scans as well as programs that transfer these data to Revit software.

Participants discussed solution approaches for simplified modeling as well as tips, tricks, and additional tools for editing and evaluating terrain.
